Subscription / Automatic Renewal Terms
Effective Date: October 2, 2026
These Subscription & Automatic Renewal Terms apply to any subscription, membership, digital-access plan, recurring service, or other automatically renewing offering purchased directly through www.tahiirahhabibi.com and operated by Statements By Habibi, doing business as Tahiirah Habibi (“Tahiirah Habibi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms supplement our general Terms of Use and any offer-specific terms presented before enrollment.
If the specific subscription offer conflicts with these general Subscription Terms, the terms disclosed for that subscription at the time of enrollment control.
1. Subscription Terms
Before you enroll in a recurring subscription, the applicable offer and checkout will disclose the material terms of the subscription, including as applicable:
the subscription or membership name;
the recurring price;
billing frequency;
length of the initial term;
renewal frequency;
whether the subscription continues until canceled;
any minimum purchase obligation;
any free trial or introductory pricing;
when promotional pricing ends;
the regular price following a trial or promotion;
the cancellation method;
when cancellation becomes effective; and
the applicable refund policy.
Please review these terms before completing enrollment.
2. Authorization for Recurring Charges
By affirmatively enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize us and our applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide at the disclosed recurring rate and billing frequency until the subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated.
Your authorization applies only to the subscription terms presented to you during enrollment and any later changes made in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
We will not intentionally enroll you in a recurring paid service solely through silence, inactivity, a pre-checked box, or the purchase of an unrelated product.
3. Billing
Recurring charges will generally occur on or around the billing date associated with your subscription.
The exact billing schedule will be disclosed before enrollment.
Billing dates may vary slightly because of weekends, holidays, payment processing, changes to your subscription, or other operational circumstances.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method where recurring payment is required.
4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If a subscription includes a free trial, introductory rate, discounted period, or promotional offer, the applicable offer will disclose:
the length of the promotional period;
the amount charged during that period, if any;
the date or circumstances under which regular billing begins;
the regular recurring price; and
how to cancel before the next charge.
Unless the offer expressly states otherwise, a trial or promotional subscription may automatically convert to the disclosed paid subscription when the promotional period ends if you do not cancel beforehand.
Where applicable law requires a reminder before a trial ends or a renewal occurs, we will provide the required notice.
5. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise disclosed, an automatically renewing subscription will continue for successive billing periods until canceled.
Renewal terms will be presented before enrollment.
For covered longer-term service contracts, additional renewal notices may be provided where required by applicable law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription using the cancellation method disclosed during enrollment and through any cancellation method otherwise required by applicable law.
Where online cancellation is offered or legally required, we will provide a reasonably accessible method to cancel online.
Cancellation should not require purchasing another product or consenting to additional marketing.
The applicable subscription offer will explain when cancellation becomes effective.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not immediately terminate access that has already been paid for during the current billing period.
7. Effect of Cancellation
Unless the applicable offer states otherwise, when you cancel:
no additional renewal charge will be made after the cancellation becomes effective;
you may continue using the paid service through the end of the current paid billing period; and
access may end when that billing period expires.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for amounts already properly charged.
Any refund rights are governed by the applicable subscription offer, our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy, and applicable law.
8. Refunds
Subscription fees are refundable only as disclosed before purchase, under our applicable refund policy, or where required by law.
Canceling after a renewal charge has been processed does not automatically make that charge refundable.
If a charge was made in error or you believe a billing problem occurred, contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
9. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing prospectively.
Where required, we will provide advance notice of a material price change before the new price is charged.
If affirmative consent is legally required before a price or material subscription change takes effect, we will obtain that consent.
Continuing to use a subscription after a properly disclosed price change may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
10. Changes to Subscription Benefits
Subscription features, benefits, content, programming, or functionality may evolve over time.
We may make reasonable changes to nonessential features.
If a material change significantly alters the core paid offering, we will provide appropriate notice and any cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law.
11. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may:
attempt the charge again;
ask you to update your payment information;
temporarily suspend access; or
terminate the subscription after reasonable attempts to resolve the payment issue.
We will not intentionally continue collecting recurring charges after a subscription has been properly canceled.
12. Related Brands and Third-Party Subscriptions
This Policy applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through www.tahiirahhabibi.com that expressly reference these Terms.
Subscriptions to Wine-ish, The Hue Society, High Taste, an app store, community platform, or another separate service may be governed by that service's own subscription and cancellation terms.
If a subscription is purchased through Apple, Google, another app store, or another third-party platform, billing and cancellation may need to be managed through that platform.
13. Marketing Consent Is Separate
Purchasing or maintaining a subscription does not require consent to unrelated marketing communications.
Email or SMS marketing consent will be obtained separately where required.
Canceling marketing messages does not cancel a paid subscription.
Similarly, canceling a paid subscription does not necessarily unsubscribe you from marketing communications unless you separately opt out.
14. Renewal Notices
Where applicable law requires a renewal notice, we will provide the notice within the legally required timeframe using an appropriate method such as email or another electronic communication.
For certain Georgia service contracts lasting 12 months or more that automatically renew for more than one month, state law requires advance renewal notice within a specified period before the cancellation deadline.
15. Confirmation of Enrollment
After enrollment, you may receive a confirmation containing or linking to the material subscription terms, including billing and cancellation information.
You should retain this information for your records.
16. Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend a subscription for reasons including:
nonpayment;
fraud;
unlawful activity;
material violation of our Terms;
misuse of the service;
security concerns; or
discontinuation of the applicable service.
If we terminate a paid subscription for reasons unrelated to your breach or misuse, any refund or credit will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
