High Taste is my filter for what's actually worth it.
I opened the St. Regis Bal Harbour in 2012. Spent fifteen years inside luxury hotels, private tastings, winemaker dinners across the world. I learned which spaces have sharp service and effortless energy - and which ones make you work too hard just to belong.
